Note to donors of gift of securities: The true value of the gift for tax purposes for you, the donor, is the value on the date of the gift (i.e. the date Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management initiates the transfer to us). The sales proceeds will almost certainly be something at least slightly different even from that date to the date we initiate a trade on the shares. You will be receiving a letter that will indicate the true value of the gift for tax purposes, directly from the Trust Company. We will surely acknowledge receipt of such gifts to the Fund as well.
